Is web design good for everyone?

No, there are a lot of different aspects that need to be addressed to have an effective web site. While everyone could do a website , if these aspects such as organization, file choice, usability , accessibitity, color choice, layout, etc. are not done in a fashion that is appealing to the viewer the designer may not get the results they want.
