Usability refers to ease of navigation through your website to find information quickly and it must be simple for the viewer. Accessibility refers to the compatibility to all browsers being used and accommodating the site is to people with disabilities. Navigation and compatibility are both very important to satisfy the viewer and keep them interested in your content.
